GENERAL CONDITIONS REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT The registration fee will correspond to the one applicable on the date of online registration. You will receive an email confirmation. The early bird rates run to April 6th 2010. CONFERENCE REGISTRATION (Member/Non Member/ Speaker, Session chair/ Student, Retired) includes : Attendance to all sessions& exhibition,final programme, book of abtracts, CD Rom proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks on May 19, 20 and 21st, the conference dinner for 1 person on May 20th. Places for the conference dinner will be attributed on a first come, first served basis; Attendance must be confirmed at the time of registration. Request for additionnal dinner tickets for an accompanying person will be considered starting from May 1st 2010. MEMBERSHIP STATUS The member registration fee applies to SEE, AAAF, SIA & IEEE. Individual members of organisations must send a copy of their 2010 individual membership card to be eleigible for the members rate. CANCELLATIONS OF CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION Cancellation must be notified in written notice only. No refunds will be issued after May 1st 2010. CHANGES OF CONFERENCE PROGRAM In the event of cancellations by speakers or other changes in the main conference program, no full or partial refund of the registration fee can be made. LIABILITY The ERTS 2010 Symposium and/or its agents have the right for any reason beyond their control to alter or cancel, without prior notice, the conference or any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to ERTS 2010. The ERTS 2010 Symposium and/or its agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenditure or inconvenience cause as a result of such alteration or cancellation.
