Conditions and agreement are established under the Licence n° 075 970 095

Upon ONLINE REGISTRATION the total amount ordered has to be paid.

REGISTRATION FEES
Before November 2nd, 2009: 50% cancellation fees
From November 3rd, 2009: no refund
HOTEL RESERVATION
From October 30th to November 30th, 2009: 50% cancellation fees
From December 1st to December 30th, 2009: 75% cancellation fees
From December 31st, 2009: rooms cancelled are non refundable
Name changes are authorized till January 15th, 2010
