CANCELLATION TERMS FOR COSIT 2009

Registration: Any changes or cancellation should be made in writing to Registration Management by 17th August 2009.
Cancellation prior to Friday 17th August 2009 will receive a full refund less 100 € administration fee. 
No refund will be given after Friday 17th August 2009.
There can be no reduction for late arrival, early departure or any meal not taken.

Accommodation : No change or cancellation will be accepted after registration and no refund will be made.
There can be no reduction for late arrival or early departure.
