Each cancellation must be done by mail or fax before July 05th, 2009
The amount of 40 euros will be deducted as cancellation fees (except in case of absolute necessity).

The balance of stay will be paid to the hotel on departure

No accommodation reservation will be accepted after June 13th, 2009.

Deposits will only be refunded if cancellation is made by email, fax or post before July 2nd, 2009, to:
