Information concerning the accommodation
Your booking will only be taken if it is accompanied by the deposit corresponding to your choice of the hotel category and the booking fee.
Requests will be answered in the order they are received. We shall try to respect your choices in so far is possible and according to hotel availibility open to us. You will receive by return email a detailed confirmation of your booking together with directions to your hotel.
We reserve the right to book a room in the category immediately above or below, if we don't have room available in the category requested.
The remainder of your accommodation cost is to be settled when you check out of the hotel, directly with the hotel and with deposits settled being deducted from the bill.
Only changes and cancellations in writing (contact@rseorganisation) will be taken into account.
